You are sharing the most intimate parts of yourself with us: your story, your patterns, your fears, your purpose. That places a deep responsibility on us to be fully transparent about what we do with that information — and to protect it as if it were our own. This policy exists so you know exactly what happens to your data. No fine print.

Our commitment to your data

Your form responses are automatically deleted 5 days after your I AM Document is generated. After those 5 days, all your personal responses are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. The generated document exists only in your email inbox.

The only information we retain after those 5 days is your email address and the tier you purchased, solely to inform you about product improvements, updates, or new versions. Nothing else. No profiling, no data sales, no AI training with your information.

We strongly recommend saving your I AM Document in a secure place — Google Drive, your computer, or printed — because once your responses are deleted, the document cannot be regenerated without completing the form again.

01 · Who we are

ADENTRO is a self-discovery platform that produces the I AM Document: a personalized identity and purpose map generated from your responses to a deep self-knowledge questionnaire.

02 · What data we collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide when completing the questionnaire. This includes:

Name and email address (to deliver your document)
Questionnaire responses: personal history, values, purpose, inner patterns, life areas, and future vision
Tone and language preferences for your document
Payment information (processed directly by the payment platform — ADENTRO does not store card data)

We do not collect tracking cookies, social media behavioral data, or any information you have not directly provided to us.

03 · How we use your information

Your personal information has one single purpose: to generate your personalized I AM Document and deliver it to you. Nothing more.

After 5 days, all form responses are deleted. We only retain your email address and purchased tier for the following purposes:

Informing you about improvements or updates to the I AM Document
Notifying you if we launch new versions or features relevant to your tier

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by writing to hola@adentro.life.

We do not use your information for: targeted advertising, commercial profiling, data sales to third parties, AI model training, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

03B · Services that process your data

To generate and deliver your document, your responses flow through a small number of specialized external providers, each contracted solely for the specific technical function they perform and governed by their own privacy policies:

A form-collection provider, to receive your responses securely
A workflow-automation provider, connecting the different systems without manual intervention
An AI provider, which generates the document from your responses — under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train models
A cloud infrastructure provider, where your information is temporarily processed
An email delivery provider, to send you your document
A payment processing provider, acting as Merchant of Record and managing billing based on the buyer’s jurisdiction

None of these providers use your data for their own purposes, sell it, or share it with anyone else. Each is contracted exclusively to deliver the specific technical service assigned to them, and none is authorized by us for any other use.

04 · Your rights over your data

Under the Colombian Data Protection Law (Ley 1581 of 2012) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Rectify any incorrect information
Request deletion of your data at any time
Portability: receive your data in a readable format
Withdraw consent without affecting anything already processed
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

05 · Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information throughout processing: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted data access, and exclusive use of third-party tools with internationally recognized security standards.

No digital system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

06 · Minors

ADENTRO is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has completed the form, please contact us immediately so we can delete their data without delay.

07 · Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email if we have your contact, or publish the updated version on our website at least 15 days before it takes effect.
